Refund Policy

1. General Eligibility
TheHoster.pk offers refunds on eligible services within specific timeframes. To qualify for a refund, the service must not have violated our Terms of Service, and the request must be made within the applicable refund window.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Wallet credit refunds are returned as wallet balance. Gateway processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Shared Hosting
New shared hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, hosting services are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future billing.
Renewal payments are non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, disable auto-renewal before the renewal date.
3. VPS Hosting
VPS services are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 7 days of initial purchase. After 7 days, VPS services are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation.
VPS renewals are non-refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to stop future charges.
4. Domain Names
Domain registrations are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, the registration fee is paid to the registrar and cannot be recovered.
Domain renewals and transfers are also non-refundable. If you no longer need a domain, you may let it expire at the end of its registration period.
5. SSL Certificates
SSL certificates are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the certificate has not been issued. Once an SSL certificate has been issued by the Certificate Authority, it is non-refundable.
6. Reseller Hosting
Reseller hosting plans (both Portal Mode and WHM Mode) are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, the current billing cycle is non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future billing.
7. Wallet Credits
Cash deposits in your wallet are refundable upon request, minus any applicable payment gateway fees. Bonus credits (earned from deposit promotions) are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon refund of the associated deposit.
Wallet credits used toward service payments are subject to the refund policy of the respective service.
8. Dedicated Servers
Dedicated server orders are non-refundable due to the custom provisioning involved. If your server has not yet been provisioned, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your account dashboard
- Open a support ticket with subject “Refund Request”
- Include your service ID and reason for the refund
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

10. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Wallet balance: Immediate
- Bank transfer: 3-7 business days
- Credit/debit card: 5-10 business days
- JazzCash/Easypaisa: 2-5 business days
