1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TheHoster.pk (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through thehoster.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.

3. Services

TheHoster.pk provides web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, VPS hosting, reseller hosting, and related services. Service specifications, including storage, bandwidth, and features, are as described on our website at the time of purchase.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected at purchase. Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Wallet credits are non-transferable. Bonus credits added to your wallet expire 12 months from the date of deposit. Cash deposits do not expire.

Failure to pay invoices within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 30 days may be terminated and data deleted.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host, distribute, or link to malicious software or malware
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing
• Host content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Store or distribute illegal content under applicable law
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting resources
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use excessive server resources that impact other customers
• Host proxy, VPN, or torrent services on shared hosting plans

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to our servers. We do not access, use, or share your data except as required to provide the services or as required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we provide backup services on certain plans, these are offered as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheHoster.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TheHoster.pk in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. In cases of immediate termination for abuse, no refund will be provided.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow retrieval, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
